A member of the Bowles Rice Tax Team, attorney Kathryn Gioia focuses her practice on estate/tax planning and administration, including the preparation of estate planning documents; advance directives; digital asset planning including cryptocurrency and NFTS; asset protection and planning; probate and trust administration for fiduciaries; and the review or preparation of estate tax returns. She also assists clients with the preparation and filing of the Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Return and all payments. Kathryn received her law degree from the Duquesne University School of Law, where she served as Secretary of both the Student Bar Association and the Energy and Mineral Law Society, and was a writer for both Joule, the Duquesne Energy and Environmental Journal, and Juris, the Duquesne University School of Law magazine.
