Unaiza Tyree is a litigation associate in the Charleston, West Virginia office of regional law firm Bowles Rice. Ms. Tyree litigates a variety of different matters but primarily focuses her practice on commercial litigation, construction litigation, and insurance defense. She has significant experience arguing in front of various circuit court judges in the state and has successfully authored numerous dispositive motions and motions to dismiss for her clients. Unaiza prides herself on establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with opposing counsel and officers of the court in order to effectively defend her clients. To help support the vibrancy of West Virginia's communities and towns, she especially enjoys representing small, local businesses throughout the state.

In addition to her business practice, Unaiza also has a small pro bono practice representing parents in abuse and neglect proceedings in the Circuit Court of Kanawha County, West Virginia. She has been able to assist various families and establish meaningful relationships with other counsel in this crucially important area of the law.
