Grayson O’Saile is an associate attorney in the firm’s Charleston, West Virginia Office. He is a member of the Bowles Rice Litigation Team.
Grayson gained experience prosecuting cases in District Court, Private Merchants and Warrants Court, and Traffic Court in the Rowan County (North Carolina) District Attorney’s Office. He also served as a summer intern in the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of West Virginia, where he drafted appellate briefs, responses to motions and memorandums.
Grayson earned his law degree, magna cum laude, from the Wake Forest University School of Law, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Wake Forest Law Review and was involved in the Juvenile Law Clinic. He is recognized as a member of the Order of the Coif for graduating in the top ten percent of his class. Grayson earned his bachelor’s degree in Anthropology, summa cum laude, from Wake Forest University.
