Attorney Andrew G. Fusco Contributes to American Bar Association Publication

Andy FuscoBowles Rice partner Andrew G. Fusco contributed to a chapter in the publication Business Torts and Unfair Competition Handbook, third edition, published by the American Bar Association's Section of Antitrust Law.

Mr. Fusco, an attorney in the regional firm's Morgantown office, revised and updated the handbook's Chapter IV - Commercial Disparagement and Defamation. According to the publishers, the handbook is intended as "a practical litigator's guide for the handling of substantive and procedural issues that frequently arise in business tort and unfair competition litigation." Bowles Rice associate Michael Cardi assisted Mr. Fusco in researching and updating the chapter.

Mr. Fusco's  practice consists of extensive experience in antitrust, competition law, RICO, general and complex litigation, white-collar criminal defense, business disputes, intellectual property infringement, mergers and acquisitions, and product and technology licensing.

He holds Martindale-Hubbell's preeminent AV rating and has been named a West Virginia Super Lawyer.  Mr. Fusco also is recognized by Best Lawyers in America for intellectual property litigation, antitrust litigation, commercial litigation, corporate governance law, and mergers and acquisitions law.  He has been named by Managing Intellectual Property magazine to its annual "IP Stars" list in back-to-back years.

Mr. Fusco received his bachelor's degree from West Virginia University and earned his law degree from the West Virginia University College of Law.
