Bowles Rice Welcomes New Attorney to Martinsburg Office

Charleston, West Virginia – Bowles Rice is pleased to welcome attorney Liana L. Stinson to the firm’s Martinsburg, West Virginia office.  Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, she is the newest member of the Bowles Rice Litigation Team.

Having worked in multiple practice areas prior to joining Bowles Rice, Stinson’s experience includes assisting with estate litigation; corporate transactions; estate planning and administration; guardianship proceedings; oil and gas projects; real estate matters; and HIPAA compliance. She has analyzed and drafted complex, multi-million-dollar asset and stock purchase agreements as well as documents relating to estate planning, settlement agreements, corporate governance and business formation.

Stinson earned her law degree, cum laude, from Widener University Commonwealth Law School in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Widener Journal of Law, Economics & Race, Vice President of the Moot Court Honor Society and Treasurer of the Environmental Law and Policy Society. She earned her bachelor’s degree in health care administration, magna cum laude, from Misericordia University in Dallas, Pennsylvania.
