Liana L. Stinson is an associate attorney in the firm’s Martinsburg, West Virginia office. She is a member of the Bowles Rice Litigation team, where her experience includes complex estate, trust, and corporation litigation; construction litigation; and estate administration litigation.
Liana’s experience also includes assisting with corporate transactions; estate planning and administration; guardianship proceedings; oil and gas projects; real estate matters; and HIPAA compliance. She has analyzed and drafted complex, multi-million-dollar asset and stock purchase agreements as well as documents relating to estate planning, settlement agreements, corporate governance and business formation.
Liana earned her law degree, cum laude, from Widener University Commonwealth Law School in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Widener Journal of Law, Economics & Race, Vice President of the Moot Court Honor Society and Treasurer of the Environmental Law and Policy Society. She earned her bachelor’s degree in health care administration, magna cum laude, from Misericordia University in Dallas, Pennsylvania.
