Kelli Diuguid

Kelli Diuguid serves as the firm’s Finance Director and is responsible for managing the firm's Accounting Department, which includes six accounting professionals, and overseeing the financial operations of the firm. With 30+ years of experience at Bowles Rice, her duties include preparation and revision of the firm's budget, preparation of tax returns, and profitability analysis of the firm's practice areas.

In her role as Finance Director, she works in concert with the firm's other administrative directors to serve as a member of the Bowles Rice management team responsible for day-to-day operations.

Kelli is a 1991 graduate of Marshall University, with a B.B.A. in accounting and a minor in finance. Prior to joining Bowles Rice in 1994, she worked at Huntington Bank as a financial analyst and Rucker Environmental Services, Inc., as a staff accountant.
