Jessica P. Tarantine

Jessica Tarantine focuses her practice on areas of employee benefits, executive compensation, and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). She practices from the firm’s Southpointe, Pennsylvania office.

Jessica has experience in representing employers on retirement and health welfare plans, including disability, grandfathered, and self-insured plans, just to name a few. She has experience drafting summary plan descriptions, plan documents, and election forms for numerous clients. Jessica is also experienced in assisting clients with plan document review and analysis to ensure operational compliance, and prepares plan amendments to reflect updates in the law or the client's desired changes.

Additionally, Jessica has advised clients on the design, implementation, and administration of qualified and nonqualified retirement plans for exempt and for-profit companies, top-hat plans, and church plans as well as fiduciary matters.

Jessica has provided counsel to several employers on health and welfare plans, including cafeteria, insured and self-insured medical plans, dental and vision plans, disability plans, and severance plans. She has presented on topics related to employment taxes and has led training sessions on best practices relating to retirement plan fiduciaries.
