CHARLESTON - Saint Francis Hospital officially dedicated two new operating rooms inside its One Day Surgery Center on January 26, 2011. Participating in the ribbon cutting and pictured, above, were (l-r) Dr. Lester Labus, Chief of Staff at Saint Francis; Steve Dexter, President & CEO of Thomas Health System; Selina Clendenin, Director of Surgical Services at Saint Francis; Tom Heywood, Chairman of the Board of Thomas Health System and Managing Partner of Bowles; and Nick Casey, Chairman of the Board at Saint Francis.
