Bowles Rice Welcomes Attorneys Julie Bonasso and Philip Schlimmer
Bowles Rice is pleased to announce the addition of attorneys Julie R. Bonasso and Philip A. Schlimmer.
Both attorneys join the regional law firm's Energy Team, with Mr. Schlimmer in the firm's Parkersburg office and Ms. Bonasso working in the Morgantown office.
Ms. Bonasso is an experienced attorney who joins the firm after most recently working as senior director at Mylan, Inc. She has represented closely held and public entities in all phases of business transactions as a corporate and securities associate.
She earned her law degree from the Temple University School of Law in 1995 and received her bachelor of science degree in business administration from West Virginia University in 1990.
Mr. Schlimmer is an experienced title abstractor who received his law degree from Ohio Northern University's Claude W. Pettit College of Law in 2012 and earned his bachelor of arts degree in political science from Presbyterian College (South Carolina) in 2009.
