Bowles Rice Partners Elect Ronda L. Harvey to Executive Committee

CHARLESTON, West Virginia – The partners of Bowles Rice LLP have elected attorney Ronda L. Harvey to the firm’s Executive Committee for a term commencing February 1, 2017, and ending January 31, 2021.

Managing Partner Tom Heywood said Harvey was nominated to serve and formally elected at the firm’s partner meeting in late January.  She served a previous term on the Executive Committee, 2006 to 2010.

“We look forward to Ronda’s service and leadership,” Heywood said. “We are confident that she will make significant contributions to our clients and firm over the next four years.”

Harvey, a member of the firm’s Litigation Department in the Charleston office, concentrates her practice in employment/deliberate intent, products liability and insurance bad faith and coverage cases. She has represented defendants in mass tort and complex products liability civil actions, and has defended several national clients in product liability litigation, including pathology laboratories and manufacturers of medical equipment, aircraft, boom cranes and respirators.

Harvey earned her law degree from the West Virginia University College of Law. She is peer-review rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell, and has been recognized by Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business, The Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers.
