IP Stars Recognizes Andrew Fusco and Bowles Rice
Bowles Rice and Morgantown attorney Andrew G. Fusco have been recognized by IP Stars, a publication of Managing Intellectual Property. The publication highlights firms and lawyers in all 50 states, as well as Washington, DC that have “an in-depth, studied understanding of an industry and its products and the substantive legal experience to back it.” This is the third consecutive year that Mr. Fusco has been recognized by IP Stars.
According to IP Stars, the selection was based of the publication’s extensive research, which included hundreds of interviews with partners and clients, and thousands of surveys completed by law firm partners and in-house counsel active throughout the United States.
In the IP Stars listing, Mr. Fusco’s industry specialties include Pharmaceuticals and Biotechnology and Software & Computer Services. The focus of his IP experience is listed as Antitrust / Competition, Due Diligence, Trademark Clearance, Unfair Competition and Hatch-Waxman. Mr. Fusco has represented clients in transactions, litigation or administrative proceedings in 21 states and the District of Columbia, and in 13 countries outside of the United States.
