Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in litigation (preference given to candidates with demonstrated experience or strong interest in litigation).
• Licensed to practice in West Virginia.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to pass all required background checks, including criminal screening.
