Based in the firm’s Southpointe office, Mallory Sikora Stock focuses her practice on estate planning. With experience in fiduciary taxation, probate matters, and related wealth transfer issues, she advises individuals, families, and fiduciaries on preserving assets, navigating complex tax considerations, and implementing strategies designed to achieve long-term personal and financial goals.
Mallory is committed to helping clients navigate significant decisions with confidence. She takes a practical solutions-driven approach to her work, providing clear guidance on often complex legal and financial matters. Whether developing an estate plan, assisting with the settlement of an estate, representing clients in probate proceedings and Orphan’s Court matters, or advising fiduciaries on their responsibilities, Mallory strives to make the process efficient, understandable, and tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
Prior to returning to private practice, she served as a fiduciary advisor for a national financial institution, where she administered irrevocable trusts and advised on fiduciary, compliance, and risk-management matters. This experience, combined with her background in estate planning and taxation, equips her with a well-rounded perspective when counseling clients and fiduciaries.
Mallory earned her law degree from the Charleston School of Law and received her bachelor’s degrees in communications and writing from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. She is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.
