Kelli Diuguid serves as the firm’s Finance Director and is responsible for managing the firm's Accounting Department and overseeing the financial operations of the firm. Her duties include preparation and revision of the firm's budget, preparation of tax returns and profitability analysis of the firm's practice areas
Kelli is a 1991 graduate of Marshall University, with a B.B.A. in accounting and a minor in finance. Prior to joining Bowles Rice in 1994, she worked at Huntington Bank as a financial analyst and Rucker Environmental Services, Inc., as a staff accountant.
