Dalton Ash is an associate attorney based in the firm’s Charleston, West Virginia, office. His practice focuses on estate planning, estate administration, trusts, wills, and tax. He advises individuals, families, and businesses on a variety of transactional matters, helping clients develop plans that protect their goals and prepare for the future.
Dalton approaches every matter with great attention to detail. He works closely with clients to understand their objectives, explain their options, and provide thoughtful guidance through personal and business decisions.
During law school, Dalton served as a student clinician for the West Virginia University (WVU) College of Law Land Use and Sustainable Development Clinic, where he gained experience drafting title opinions and legal memoranda while working with local municipalities on planning matters.
Dalton earned his law degree from WVU College of Law and received his bachelor’s degrees in economics and international studies from WVU.
