Brad Mellor is the leader of Bowles Rice's Construction Law Team. His more than three decades of experience in the industry includes contract preparation and negotiation, contract enforcement through litigation or arbitration and dispute avoidance and resolution. He has worked on numerous projects ranging from major industrial and utility jobs to highway and bridge work, commercial buildings and more. An arbitrator on the American Arbitration Association's Construction Mega Project Panel, Brad is recognized for his work in construction law by Super Lawyers® and Best Lawyers in America®.
