Law Firm Names Executive Director

Bowles Rice McDavid Graff & Love LLP is pleased to announce the promotion of Judy Margolin to the position of Executive Director.  Ms. Margolin is a graduate of West Virginia University, where she received her B.S. in Journalism.  She joined the law firm in January 1997, and has served as Communications Director since that time.

Before joining the law firm, Ms. Margolin was Senior Executive Assistant to Governor Gaston Caperton, where she coordinated Federal-State Relations.  Her responsibilities for Governor Caperton included working with the National Governors’ Association and the Democratic Governors’ Association, the White House and Congress, and coordinating gubernatorial appointments to boards and commissions.  She served as a member of the Transition Team for Governor Bob Wise in 2001.

Ms. Margolin also served as Administrative Assistant to Governor Jay Rockefeller, a state campaign coordinator for Senator Robert C. Byrd, and Staff Assistant to former State Tax Commissioner David Hardesty and was Executive Director of the West Virginia State Democratic Executive Committee.
