Cameron Cantley

Cameron Cantley is an associate in the firm’s Marietta, Ohio office. He focuses his practice primarily on business and corporate law, commercial transactions, and real estate, with additional experience in oil and gas and civil litigation.

As a member of the firm’s Business and Corporate team, Cameron works with businesses and entrepreneurs on a variety of transactional and operational matters. He assists clients with business formation and entity matters, contracts and commercial transactions, and other legal issues that arise throughout the life cycle of a business. With both legal and business graduate degrees, Cameron brings a practical, business-minded perspective to helping clients evaluate opportunities, address potential risks, and accomplish their objectives.

Cameron’s practice also includes real estate and oil and gas matters. He assists clients with issues involving real property and business transactions and has represented clients in litigation involving property and commercial disputes. His experience across these areas allows him to consider both the transactional and potential litigation implications of the matters he handles.

Cameron earned his Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and his Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, summa cum laude, from Marietta College.

Cameron is admitted to practice in Ohio and West Virginia.
