Hunter Mullens

Hunter Mullens is an associate attorney based in the Morgantown, West Virginia office. A former summer clerk with the firm, he has worked alongside attorneys across multiple practice groups and offices, gaining valuable experience on a wide range of legal matters. His practice primarily focuses on general litigation.

Hunter has a strong background in legal research, writing, and case preparation. In the course of litigation, he has prepared and drafted pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents, analyzed discovery materials, and assisted in trial preparation and procedure. In addition, Hunter has authored various legal documents, including court orders, wills, powers of attorney, and leases.

Hunter’s experience also includes supporting attorneys during client meetings, depositions, mediations, and hearings, ensuring thorough preparation and responsive client service. He has played a key role in organizing case materials and exhibits for litigation.

Hunter earned his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review and served on its executive board during his third year. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from West Virginia University.
