Brittany Henderson is an attorney in our Martinsburg, West Virginia, office and is a member of the Litigation department.
She brings more than a decade of legal experience to Bowles Rice. Brittany has represented clients in judicial and administrative proceedings, drafted a variety of pleadings and motions, negotiated settlements, and advocated for clients before courts and administrative agencies.
In addition to her litigation experience, Brittany’s legal background includes immigration law, legislative advocacy, and appellate practice. She has argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and has worked on legislative and policy initiatives at both the state and federal levels.
Brittany earned her Juris Doctor and Master of Laws in international law, magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. She is admitted to practice in New York, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
