Ben Greear

Ben Greear is an associate attorney in our Morgantown, West Virginia office. He is a member of the firm’s litigation practice group.

In his time as a summer intern with Bowles Rice, Ben gained experience drafting motions and memorandums, conducting research, and attending court hearings to observe the litigation process.

As a JD candidate at the University of Toledo College of Law, Ben served as a member of both the Student Bar Association and the Sports Law Association. He interned with the University of Toledo Athletics office where he drafted NCAA waivers pertaining to student-athlete eligibility and conducted research on NCAA bylaws in support of the office of Athletics Compliance. Ben has also conducted work for the West Virginia Department of Human Resources researching matters related to public health and substance use disorders.

Ben earned his legal degree at the University of Toledo, graduating Cum Laude. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Sports Management from Concord University where he was a member of the men’s soccer team.
