Attorney Named to Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia’s Board of Governors

MARTINSBURG, West Virginia – Bowles Rice attorney Tracey Rohrbaugh has been named to the 2016-2017 Board of Governors for the Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia.

Rohrbaugh, a partner in the firm’s Martinsburg office, focuses her practice in construction law, real property litigation, insurance defense and general civil litigation. She is admitted to practice in West Virginia and Virginia. Rohrbaugh earned her bachelor’s degree and law degree from West Virginia University.

The Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia was formed in 1981 to provide a cohesive network of West Virginia attorneys who defend individuals and corporations in civil litigation. It currently has a membership of more than 500 attorneys.

Bowles Rice attorneys Robert J. Kent and Charles F. Printz Jr. have also served with the organization in various capacities. Kent is a current member of the Board of Governors, and Printz served as president of the organization in 2014-2015, officially leaving the board in 2016 after 11 years as either a board member or officer.
