Taylor Frankovitch focuses his practice in the areas of commercial law, real estate, land use and development, and energy. He represents clients in planning, zoning, and other land use matters that involve compliance with state and federal sales registration requirements. He also works on behalf of clients on multiple land-related matters, including land and building acquisition; negotiating purchase, sale and other land control agreements; property acquisition; land title; and land ownership issues.

In his commercial real estate practice, Taylor works with developers, owners, property managers, tenants, financial institutions and investors in all types of transactions from routine purchase agreements to complicated development plans. Taylor is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

Taylor earned his Master of Laws degree from the Duke University School of Law, his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif, and his M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh, Katz Graduate School of Business. He is a member of the firm's Recruiting Committee.
