Rachel Stuck

Rachel is a paralegal in the firm’s Charleston, West Virginia office and a member of the Bowles Rice Tax Team. She assists attorneys in a range of practice areas, including commercial and business law, estate planning, trusts and wills, and related matters.

Rachel is a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) and holds the Certified Paralegal (CP^®) designation. She is known for her strong attention to detail, ability to work efficiently under pressure, and commitment to providing high-quality support to the firm’s attorneys and clients.

Prior to joining Bowles Rice, Rachel served as a legal secretary in the Office of the Jackson County Prosecuting Attorney and as Judicial Secretary to the Honorable Lora Dyer of the Fifth Judicial Circuit of West Virginia.

Rachel earned her Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies from West Virginia University at Parkersburg.
