Kathlene Harmon focuses her practice on litigation and related litigation support. She has a significant background in several areas of litigation, including construction, real estate, Guaranty Association Law, first party insurance and personal injury. Kathlene is admitted to practice in West Virginia and federal courts.
A lifelong learner, Kathlene’s litigation experience includes serving as a lead trial attorney, conducting evidentiary hearings and extensive motion practice in both state and federal courts; discovery and e-discovery, document review and management, serving as an expert witness, conducting depositions of expert, medical and fact witnesses, and more. During her career, she has represented insurance and individual clients in private practice, The City of Huntington, its Mayor and City Council as Assistant City Attorney, and served as a consumer protection paralegal at the state level. Kathlene’s wide-ranging experience helps her understand the unique needs of her equally diverse clientele.
