Jakeb H. Shuck

Jake Shuck is an associate attorney in the firm’s Charleston, West Virginia office, where he is a member of the firm’s well established and revered Energy Team. A former two-time summer clerk for the firm, Jake has experience working with Bowles Rice attorneys across different offices, practice groups and matters.

Jake earned his law degree from the West Virginia University College of Law, where he served as President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society and Chapter Director of Ratio Christi, an organization that encourages and strengthens the faith of Christian students at universities around the world through intellectual investigation and apologetics. He also served as a legal writing teaching assistant for two of his three years at the College of Law. Jake earned his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Marshall University.
