Jake Mills is a member of Bowles Rice’s Real Estate Team and works from the firm’s Martinsburg, West Virginia office. A native of Martinsburg, Jake brings a practical, client-focused approach to real estate matters.
Jake assists clients with a wide range of commercial and residential real estate issues, including property acquisitions and dispositions, leasing matters, title review, due diligence, and real estate aspects of business transactions. He works closely with developers, lenders, and property owners to help navigate transactions efficiently and effectively.
Jake earned his law degree from Widener University Commonwealth Law School and his Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from West Virginia University. While in law school, he served as President of the Trial Advocacy Society.
