Francesca Rollo is an associate attorney in the firm’s Charleston, West Virginia office. She is a member of the Bowles Rice Litigation Team. Francesca also practices white collar defense, assisting clients in responding to government inquiries and investigations, including issues related to Medicaid compliance and the Controlled Substance Act.
A former summer clerk for the firm, Francesca has experience assisting Bowles Rice attorneys across multiple practice and industry groups. In addition to her summer clerkship, she also served as an intern for The Honorable Irene M. Keeley, Senior U.S. District Judge of the Northern District of West Virginia, where she drafted motions, memorandums, orders and opinions; attended daily court hearings, conferences and proceedings; and assisted in hearing preparation.
Francesca earned her law degree from the West Virginia University College of Law, where she served as Associate Editor and Senior Editor of the West Virginia Law Review; Vice President and President of the Student Bar Association; and participant with the Women’s Leadership Council. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Accounting, cum laude, from West Virginia University.
Following law school, Francesca served as a Law Clerk to The Honorable Frank W. Volk of the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. She is admitted to practice in West Virginia.
