Bowles Rice Attorney Jill E. Hall Named to Benchmark Litigation’s “Under 40 Hot List”

CHARLESTON, West Virginia – Benchmark Litigation recently named Bowles Rice partner Jill E. Hall to its inaugural “Under 40 Hot List,” a new accolade meant to honor the achievements of the nation’s most accomplished legal partners age 40 and younger.

Hall was also selected to Benchmark Litigation’s inaugural 2016 Rising Stars list, meant to honor highly qualified, exceptional partners age 40 and younger.

Hall, a partner in the firm’s Charleston office, focuses her practice on the areas of employment law and employee benefits, ERISA and ERISA litigation, and has significant experience in advising employers, insurers and third-party administrators on the requirements of the Affordable Care Act. In 2014, she was named Bowles Rice’s diversity partner and oversees the firm’s diversity initiatives. She is peer-review rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell.

Recipients of the “Under 40 Hot List” designation were selected through a process of peer review and case examination over a period of several months.
