Bill Napier serves as the firm’s Creative Design Coordinator.  He is responsible for the design and oversight of the firm’s website, and assists with firm publications and marketing materials.

He has more than 12 years of experience in marketing.  Bill joined Bowles Rice from the West Virginia Development office, where he was a business development specialist.  He coordinated all aspects of marketing materials, including corporate identity, print and web and interactive applications.  He was also a member of  the Creative Services Department at Ashland, Inc., where he designed corporate printed materials and displays.

A native of Wayne, Bill graduated from Marshall University in 1998, summa cum laude, with a bachelor of fine arts.  He has served as a part time faculty member at Marshall, teaching advanced courses in design.
