Thomas McHugh focuses his practice on alternative dispute resolution. Before joining Bowles Rice, he served as Justice to the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia (1980-1998 and 2008-2012), including as Chief Justice (1984, 1988, 1992, 1995 and 1996).
