Joshua Johnson focuses his practice on civil litigation defense.

He earned his law degree from the West Virginia University College of Law in 2013. Upon graduation from law school, he served as a law clerk to The Honorable James A. Matish, Chief Judge of the Circuit Court of Harrison County, West Virginia.

His experience includes work as a land/legal intern for Chesapeake Energy. He also served as a personal research assistant to president emeritus and professor of law David C. Hardesty.
