Alexandria M. Beto is an attorney who focuses her practice in the areas of commercial real estate, business and corporate matters and intellectual property issues. She works in the firm’s Morgantown, West Virginia office.
Allie’s experience includes drafting and reviewing commercial real estate contracts; drafting and reviewing business loan agreements; company formation and business planning; and intellectual property licensing matters involving trademark and copyright registration.
While receiving her education at the Emory University School of Law, Allie served in a number of legal intern/extern roles, including work with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, where she researched and drafted legal memoranda related to trademark, employment and public health issues. She also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Joseph R. Goodwin of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.
