Alaina R. Hill


Alaina Hill focuses her practice in energy law and real estate. Prior to joining Bowles Rice, she worked as an associate at a boutique law firm where she conducted title examinations, and prepared and reviewed title opinions covering lands and oil and gas properties in Pennsylvania.

Alaina continues to dedicate a significant part of her practice to oil and gas title work. In addition, she has assisted financial institutions and energy companies with mergers, acquisitions and other transactions involving real property assets.
