Two Bowles Rice Attorneys Named 2011 Kentucky Super Lawyers

Two Lexington attorneys with the law firm Bowles Rice McDavid Graff & Love LLP have been selected for inclusion in the 2011 Kentucky edition of Super Lawyers magazine, published by Law & Politics Magazine. They are Fred E. “Bo” Fugazzi, Jr. and Timothy C. Wills.

Mr. Fugazzi is the chair of the firm’s Kentucky Litigation Department and was recognized by Super Lawyers in the area of Civil Litigation Defense Law. He also serves clients in the areas of Bankruptcy and Creditor/Debtor Rights and Family Law. Mr. Wills, recognized in Employment and Labor Law, is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and chairs the firm’s Client Development Department. In addition to Labor and Employment Law, he practices in Construction Law and Business/Corporate Law.

In addition to recognition by Kentucky Super Lawyers for Fugazzi and Wills, 19 other Bowles Rice attorneys are listed among the 2011 West Virginia Super Lawyers. They practice in the firm’s Charleston, Martinsburg, Morgantown and Parkersburg, West Virginia offices.

Only five percent of the lawyers in any state are selected as Super Lawyers, through polling and peer assessment and a research process that evaluates each candidate based on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement.
