The law firm of Bowles Rice McDavid Graff & Love LLP announced plans to merge with the Lexington, Kentucky law firm of Vimont & Wills PLLC.  The merger, effective July 1, will expand the firm to more than 120 attorneys and nearly 200 professional staff members working through six offices in three states.
