Law Firm Announces New Partners
January 11, 2008 - Charleston, WV



Six attorneys recently were elected partners in the law firm of Bowles Rice McDavid Graff & Love LLP, according to Managing Partner, Thomas A. Heywood. "We are delighted that these six outstanding attorneys have become partners," Heywood said. "They are a great reflection of the experience and depth found throughout our firm. They also represent five different Bowles Rice offices, located throughout the region."

  • Heather G. Harlan is a graduate of West Virginia University College of Law who practices in the areas of tax, health care, commercial and financial services, banking and small business development. She is located in the firm's Charleston, West Virginia office.


  • J. Breckenridge Martin is a graduate of West Virginia University College of Law, who is based in the firm's Parkersburg, West Virginia office. His practice areas include litigation, real estate, tax, commercial and financial services, creditors' rights and bankruptcy and health care.


  • Todd C. Myers received his law degree from Northern Kentucky University, Salmon P. Chase College of Law. He practices in the areas of labor and employment, litigation and workers' compensation in the firm's Lexington, Kentucky office.


  • Paul E. Parker, III joined Bowles Rice in 2007, having previously served as Vice-President and General Counsel of the Institute for Scientific Research, Inc. and General Counsel for the West Virginia High Technology Consortium. He is a graduate of West Virginia University College of Law and practices in the firm's Morgantown office, in the areas of commercial and financial services, economic development, government relations and litigation.


  • Floyd McKinley "Kin" Sayre practices in the firm's Martinsburg office, in the areas of commercial and financial services, government relations, real estate, small business development and tax. He is a Certified Public Accountant, received his law degree from the University of Arkansas and is a former staff attorney with the West Virginia State Tax Department and City Attorney for the City of Beckley, West Virginia.


  • C. Seth Wilson is a graduate of West Virginia University College of Law who practices in the firm's Morgantown office in the areas of tax, commercial and financial services and economic development.
